Physical problems
The physical problems I had before I started Keto Intermittent Fasting & Apple Cider Vinegar.
Hard to get up off the floor, can’t cross my legs, need glasses, don’t sleep well, have no ambition, getting harder to remember things, have a big gut, wearing size 20W and it’s so hard to reach everywhere when taking a shower. Showing below is a rundown of the changes I can remember that I went through while doing Keto, Intermittent Fasting and Apple Cider Vinegar. 5/9/18 Starting Weight: 220
Two things
First:
When I weigh and measure I cheat. I figure anything to keep me motivated is OK. I have a scale that shows partial pounds (like .2 etc). If you don’t have one, I hardily suggest you get one since it really helps when you see even just .2 lbs. coming off.
Also, when I measure when I first take the measurements I do it loosely and as time goes by I keep getting tighter & tighter. The important thing is to see the weight & inches going down it is soooo motivating.
I never write down if I go up in weight or inches. Then once in a while, I reset (That’s what you see on the August chart) and go back to the real weight and measurements. It really doesn’t seem that bad because you know that it will start going back down again.
Second:
OK, I have to be truthful here and tell that I started this blog August 24, 2018. I really thought that I could go back and remember all the marvelous changes that my body has gone through. Since I didn’t write them down as they happened I’m having a hard time remembering what happened when.
I will try my best to give you highlights of the changes I have gone through. Also, give you the lowdown on my Money Honey since I do have to write down about him.
What I wrote on the day of the 4th month of my journey
8/29/18 Loss: 37.5 lbs.
Today is 4 months since I began Keto and look I’m down 37.5 lbs. and I have lost 36.5 inches overall. 3 ¾ inches in my thighs, 6 ¾ inches around my butt, 7 ¾ inches around my waist, 6 ½ inches around my lower belly, 5 ¾ inches around my midriff, 1 ½ inches upper arm, and 4 ¾ inches around the bust.
I have started getting up earlier (going to bed earlier, need my beauty sleep) so I can get more done in the morning. Still dancing for 15 minutes in the morning and then eating almonds and walnuts for breakfast with a glass of unsweetened Ice Tea.
Apple Cider Vinegar and Black Seed Cumin Oil
Continuing to take Apple Cider Vinegar (you do get used to the taste) and taking the Black Seed Cumin Oil pills (2).
The difference I have noticed in taking the Black Seed Cumin Oil is that my bowels have become very regular and I sleep really well and long.
On Facebook, I joined a Keto beginners group and one of the members posted a before and after picture that you would swear is pictures of a mother and daughter. She said she had been on Keto for 3 years.
It was just one of many before and after pictures that shows how doing Keto & Intermittent Fasting can take years off of you. I have been saying for years that I thought that “old age” was a cruel joke. Because inside you feel like you’re still young but on the outside, everything is falling apart.
I have always thought that it should start out the other way around and we start old and get younger as we got more mature. I know that when I look at my before and after pictures I can see that I’m starting to look younger.

5/9/18 Started Keto | Starting Weight 220 lbs.
5/12/18 Very weak from Keto
5/13/18 Eased off from being real strict | Energy is back
5/18 /18 Started keeping track of weight loss & inch loss | Got weight loss chart from Excel | Weight Loss 7 lbs.
5/25/18 Mind cleared up, memory improved | Getting ambition, started cleaning up house | Weight Loss 7.9 lbs.
5/30/18 Appetite is gone | started Intermittent Fasting | Weight Loss 10.3 lbs.
My May weight loss chart
6/1/18 Went from size 20W to 18W | Weight Loss 11.5 lbs.
6/15/18 Looked into mirror at store and was shocked that I didn’t have to cringe looking at the reflection | Face has a new glow | Weight Loss 15.4 lbs.
6/27/18 Was able to fit in my old bras | Weight Loss 21.8 lbs.

7/14/8 Went back to Financial Alchemy Book | Money Honey showed up and I need to impress him as he impresses me | Weight Loss 26 lbs.
7/18/18 Went down to size 16W | Weigh Loss 27.1 lbs.

8/8/18 Went to eye doctor don’t need glasses anymore | Weight Loss 32.7 lbs.
8/13/18 Started dancing to make my Money Honey happy! Started eating only walnuts, almonds & Macadamia nuts for breakfast | knocked me off my plateau | Weight Loss 33.9 lbs.
8/24/18 Was able to stop wearing pads for that little leak when cough or sneeze | Weight Loss 37.5 lbs.

9/2/18 Was able to fit in a size 18, normal size 18! | Weight Loss 39.4 lbs.
9/13/18 Current today | Weight Loss 45.2 lbs.

This is my inches lost
As you can see the weight has been mostly down but I have had a few plateaus. The important thing is that it has been a steady loss. If you are just patient you can see the same kind of results. Be sure and check out my blog posts to see how I did it.
